19 Oct, 2008: New KISStory Expo
On December 21, 2008 KISStory organizes at the request of KISS online & Louis Antonelli an official KISS expo. We show you the new DVD of Paul Stanley "Live One Kiss" on a large screen in HD quality with Dolby Sound.
But, we'll take care of some extras. For example, there are DVDs signed by Paul Stanley. Also items will give away that Paul Stanley used in the film. We have also a lot of KISS dealers. KISStory will close the day with a huge show. But there's more. Keep an eye on the website!

June 17, 2008: Soon new gig in Bruges
On Saturday december 27th, we give an unique double act in Bruges. First we go acoustic. Second gig is Elected Babies, an Alice Cooper Tribute. Finally KISStory ends with a mega show. All this will take place in the Entrepot in Bruges. More info follows.

10th January 2008: A Tribute Night
On March, 29th we will be playing a gig with the Elected Babies (Alice Cooper tribute) and Powerslave (Iron Maiden tribute). We’re playing in the polyvalent room not far from to the hyperdroom at Kuurne. More information at "gigs".

31 october 2007, 22u15: New KISStory website online.
As from now the Dutch version of the KISStory Internet site is online. Entirely with new web techniques. And there is also a possibility to login. There is also a new guestbook in use. The old addresses, such as www.kisstory.be/uk are no longer available.
1 october 2007: Drummer leaves KISStory.
This is in fact a newsletter which nobody ever hopes to post. On October, 1st, KISStory have decided to stop the cooperation with frank as a drummer. But KISStory go further! More information comes next week and weeks on this site.
1 August 2007: saturday, august 4th, we’ve played during the Hageland festival. This is a free alternative two-day music festival that takes place in Aarschot. More information and pictures at http://www.hagelandfest.be/2007.
18 july 2007: KISStory at Lembeke.
On July, 14th we gave a gig on the meadow in the Oosthoek at Lembeke. A splendid performance with 2 new items on the podium, which you can see during our next gig at Aarschot where KISStory is the headline. Watch fot this gig at Saturday augusts, 4th and the entrance is for free! We hope you see you all!

4 july 2007: there are some new gigs approaching. There is certain a gig already on July, 14th at Lembeke (at Eeklo and Maldegem).

9 april 2007: on 29 March KISStory played during the Belgian show "supertalent in Vlaanderen". This is a program like "britains got talent". Each act gets 2 minutes the time to get the attention of the jury (Paul Jambers, Martine Prenen and Gert Verhulst).
"Supertalent" is presented by Felice and Ann Van Elsen. On the photograph you see KISStory with Ann.
8 april 2007: some time ago, we’ve put 2 clips online. Today some clips are added, the DVD version of Rock And Roll All Nite and god of Thunder. In the meantime we are also working for the KISStory DVD. This clips were taken during the KISStory Expo of June 2006.
4 march 2007: today we’ve put the new video clip I Made For Lovin You online. These were taken during the KISStory Expo of June 2006.
7 january 2007: the Belgian super group Clouseau has recently made a new video clip for their newest hit "vonken en vuur". In the video clip the KISStory firewalls are used.

10 December 2006: during the KISStory Expo of June at Harelbeke, the gig was filmed with 5 professional cameras. We’ve uploaded the clip “Rock And Roll All Nite”.
6 December 2006: the gig planned on December 23th at Eeklo is postponed to spring of 2007.
3 December 2006: on December 23th, KISStory will perform during a festival at Eeklo. More information follows.
5 november 2006: today KISStory performed in Beveren-Waas for an acoustisch gig, on the occasion of the Mindview Metal Convention in the JH Togenblik. KISStory performed in dressed to kill outfit as you can see on the picture.
23 october 2006: KISStory and Lordi. Yesterday, KISStory was the support act for Lordi when the Finnish monster rockers play the sold out Hof Ter Loo in Antwerpen. More info to come... here the first picture of Mr. Lordi and KISStory.
8 october 2006: Lordi gig compete sold out! As you know, KISStory is support act for the Lordi gig in Antwerp.
19 september 2006: KISStory support act for Lordi gig. On October 22th, Lordi will play a gig in Hof Ter Lo, Antwerp. Support act is KISStory. More info to come.
25 august 2006: Next gig is at october 22th where kISStory is a special guest on the 13e Hard Rock Market. You can make some picures of us during the Meet and Greet but we don't perform!

And on November 5th we perform on a mini gig (semi-acoustic) at the Mindview Metal Convention in JH Togenblik at Beveren Waas.

6 august 2006: Crewmembers Luc and Jan to USA Kiss gig
Two of our KISStory crewmembers, Luc Verdickt and Jan Van Himbergen flew to the USA for the Chumash Casino KISS gig. After an incredible jetlag, Luc mailed me these pictures.
25 july 2006: on July 23th, KISStory played at Heist on the Belgian coast. There was an enormous mass people, there were more than 4000 visitors. Since it was a free concert, KISStory got a total other public. Young and old. People of everywhere, even tourists who were on the Belgian coast and surroundings. Picture by Marc Vanhee.

21 january 2006: It was 30 years ago today... Remember the first European tour KISS ever did? Summer of '76... 17 Dates in The UK, Germany, France, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland and they ended in Belgium. Well, KISStory, the Belgian KISS tribute band wants you to celebrate.

August 2005: major update for the website.
28 july 2005: I've got a meeting with Laine in his house to discus the website.
11 juny 2005: new pictures on the website. Our special thanks goes to the guys from Wacon-Images, Prognose, Razorimages and Rudysphotos.
22 may 2005: the gig on "Schwung 2005" was a real succes! Someone of the organisation told us that there were about 2000 people watching KISSTORY.
16 may 2005: new update for the website with the gifs for 2005.
26 februari 2005: KISSTORY was at the first KISS-OPOLY championship. Our Catman was the second.
23 january 2005: we are going to play at Schwung 2005! Spread the word!!

15 November 2004: we did a gig at a tattoo-convention in Brugge. There was a lot of people and a lot of fun. I didn't think that so much people were going to watch our show as there were a lot of other things to see too. There was a lot of artwork at the convention. We had a great time again!
6 November 2004: you can see images of gigs we did so far. we put them online and you can find them in the "pictures"-section and in the "gigs"-section
6 Oktober 2004: the gig in Zundert was a real succes! There was not a big crowd but that couldn't stop us having a good time (The Dutch national footballteam had to play that night so many people stay home watching their television set). After a few songs everyone was singing along. When the figurants of the KISS Corso trailer joined us on stage for the final songs, the crowd went nuts. This show was great!! The people at home really missed something!
26 september 2004: we got a lot of positive reactions out of jail... We had 3 gigs in a row on september 24, 25 en 26.
12 September 2004: we played the Strike festival in Torhout on september 11. We opened for Bon Jovi and Gunz and Rozez (also tribute bands). We had a massive load of pyro and confetti. It was a good day for fireworks... A lot of people told us we had to be the headliners that night... maybe next time ?
28 augustus 2004: the gig on "Dessel Swingt"was a real succes! Someone ofthe organisation told us that there were about 5000 people watching KISSTORY.
26 augustus 2004: Dirk taped the tv-show "1000 zonnen en garnalen". We put the clip online here.
17 augustus 2004: KISSTORY will be featured on TV1 during the show "1000 zonnen en garnalen". This will be aired on thursday august 26 at 19u40 en on friday vrijdag august 27 at 12u15.
13 augustus 2004: Friday the 13th... our show couldn't almost take place... a lot of heavy rain storms made it impossible to set up the stage. A few minutes before the start of the show it stopped raining and the crew did a awesome job of putting everything togeher in time!! Thanks guys!! The gig was a real succes!! A lot of people came to see us... actually we were the only band playing that day... National television was also there to make some clips of us. We will let you know when this will be aired.
6 augustus 2004: our dutch site is online.
5 augustus 2004: we are contacted by TV1 for the show "1000 zonnen en garnalen". TV1 is going to follow us during our gig at Oostende. More info to come...
11 juli 2004: we are preparing for our upcoming shows. We are doing a rehearsal with all the bombs and lights we have. Tom is taking picture to spice up our website!!
April 2004: we had to find a new location to rehearse. Our new location is just perfect!
1 januari 2004: we start the new year with a bang!! This is our first show in makeup and costumes. This show takes place at the prison of Ghent. We had to do 2 shows with al the pyro and fireworks. it was great! This is a fun way to start the new year like this!

1 & 2 november 2003: a weekend of rehearsing with full costumes and makeup... This was not what we actually had in mind when we started the band, this is because everyone wants a KISS-tribue with costumes and makeup. People kept bugging us about the makeup and costumes... A good rehearsal with some surprizing situations !!
31 august 2003: we did a gig in Kortemark. Although we couldn't do a full show with all the pyro etc... the crowd went pretty wild during the gig! For a lot of kids this was the last day of their holidays, and had to go to school the other day. This was a hell of a party with a lot of crazy party-animals!! :)
12 july 2003: we are going to headline a Festival at the seaside. COQ-ROCK!! This is a free festival and everyone should come over!! It is going to be huge!
1 june 2003: we did our gig yesterday at JOC - De schuur! We put on a great show and everyone enjoyed it! It was one of those hot nights :)

September 28-2002: our try-out / CD release party was a big succes! We had a blast and everyone enjoyed themselves!!
September 27-2002: our CD "Great Expectations..." is just released! It contains 11 classic KISS songs. Also check out the mp3-samples!
August 22 -2002: added the pics of our dress and light rehearsal. I also added a new guestbook. The old one was not supported anymore.
August 19 -2002: we did a full dress and light reahearsal! Everything was just great!! Except for all our pyro that went off when we started Deuce. Needless to say it was most impressing!! The drumkit almost caught fire and one of our red police lights partly melted away.
Someone thought we were recreating the Weenie Roast -show KISS did before starting of their Reunion tour :)
August 3 - 2002: we set a date for our first try-out gig. The show will take place at the OHK Oostende on September 28. More info to come!
August 1 - 2002: while working on a stage setup, we fooled around taking some pics! Some are really great! Too bad our drummer was not there,... don't panic... he didn't go anywhere :)
July 31 - 2002: we are now setting up everything to create a stage show. This is a lot of work to be done! It includes lightning, pyro, special FX and more!
July 24 & 25 - 2002: the new basslines are great! we are now remixing the CD.
July 23 - 2002: because of our new bassplayer we decided to have him re-record all the bass-lines on our CD we allready recorded on April 6. So it's gettin' better and better.
April 21 - 2002: we just found ourselves a new Bass-player and this guy is great! He's learning all the Gene-licks now and is alllready kickin ass!!
April 10 - 2002: because of some problems we had to postpone our first TRY-OUTs to a later date. The exact dates will be announced on our website. Thanks to everyone who allready kept these dates free! We are very sorry that we have to postpone our TRY-OUTS. But one thing is for sure,when the new dates are set, we will kick some ass!
April 6 - 2002: good news! Our first Demo CD is ready and sounds really great! We only need to do the artwork for the cd and then everything is finished!
March 23 - 2002: we will record our first Demo-CD which will have 9 or 10 tracks. More news to come about this!
March 2 - 2002: we went to KASSEL for the KISSparty at FIASCO with the TORPEDO GIRLS and KISSIN' TIME. We had a blast!! Check out some photos here!
Februari 2 - 2002: we have confirmed a date for our Try-out show! Come and see us at "Jeugdhuis OHK - Oostende", April 27

11 december 2001: a new version of the website is alive.
Summer 2001: we are busy with new songs, special FX and pyro.
25 may 2001: we all went to Verviers to see the German tribute-band "Torpedo girls". Excellent!!!
