Thank you for your interest in KISStory. Here is a brief explanation.
As you probably already know, we're a KISS tribute band. This means that we play a full repertoire of the American group KISS. Here in Europe, KISS is best known with the hit "I Was Made For Lovin 'You".
A tribute means that just like the original group KISS, we put everything the same on both musical and visual field even in the smallest details.
What you can expect is a true show like KISS during the 70s when they were at their top. This means spectacular costumes, make-up, special effects, fire and bloodspitting, a huge KISS logo, identical guitars and of course 100% the same music.
In the past we got the attention of the Belgium TV station for the program "1000 zonnen en garnalen". Translate this to "1000 suns and shrimps". This is a summer human interest program.
We’ve played various festivals among others like Scorpions, Europe, Saxon and Lordi. Also, we organized our own KISS-expo with special guest Bill Aucoin (KISS manager from 1970 to 1980). This event took place in Harelbeke exactly 30 years after KISS themselves played in Harelbeke.
Because of very different and varied questions as well as possibilities that some organizers want, we now offers 4 formulas which it should be possible to make KISStory a never seen spectacle.

Acoustic
Especially for smaller rooms or organizers with a limited budget, we have an acoustic set, based on the legendary "MTV unplugged 'appearance of KISS.
This bring us a number of songs that every KISS fan knows but rarely be addressed in a full show or in a mega show. This show is limited to the KISS logo and possibly a few back-drops. The glamour outfits are exchanged for suits. There is a special intimate atmosphere. This show, however, is limited to the winter months or to very special occasions.
Duration: 60 minutes. Size stage: 6m x 4m. Size Price: 500 euros + transport.

Full Show
The "Full show" is really our standard show suitable for most small to medium-sized festivals. We put a show in which every aspect of a KISS concert is present.
These range from make-up and glamour outfits to confetti and pyro. The decor and show is finished with KISS logo, KISS-army backdrops, lights, sirens and so on.
Time: 1:15 minutes. Size stage: 10m x 6m. Price: 1600 Euro + transport.

Mega Show
The "Mega show" is a continuation of our standard show. An out of hand passion for the KISS show.
The decor is expanded with 2 giant steps from the "LOVE GUN" period. is to the left and right of the drum. The drums are raising 2.5 meters in the air and the show provides even more pyro effects. This layout means that the stage is large enough and that the room is high enough. This is a show we only can perform on major festivals...
Duration: +1 u30 minutes. Size stage: 14m x 8m. Price: 1900 Euro + transport.

A night with KISStory
For the organisers who doesn’t have the time and don’t want all the paperwork in the logistics of search groups, a PA contact, lights, etc etc...
For the price of Euro 4000 + transport, we give you a great KISStory gig, a PA and lighting and also 1 or 2 bands of choice as support act. We only need to know the capacity of the room and the interest in terms of supporting act. A tribute evening, an evening of pure rock and roll ... The choice is free. The groups that are in the range are: Karma Depth (prog-rock), Bon GOV (Bon Jovi Tribute), Dead Babies (Alice Cooper Tribute), Joe Sample (Party Rock and Roll), johnny slipper (50/60 swing be - bop tribute), Dallas (Pop, Rock), ... It may be KISStory acoustic, then Monster Joe and then KISStory "full show". The possibilities are free.
